Physiotherapy for children, sports injuries, damaged muscles, hip problems, and treatment for Osgood-Schlatters Disease are all on Dominic’s list of specialties. Painful spines, joints and muscles all benefit from his skills and, in addition, he looks past the existing conditions and advises on how to avoid their repetition or aggravation, firmly believing in empowering his patients to benefit from their treatment and to take steps to improve their lives. Also qualified in acupuncture, Dominic uses this form of therapy in conjunction with physiotherapy to help with pain relief.

She has specialised in Neuro-Physiotherapy since 1985, gaining her neurological experience through working within the NHS in a number of London Hospitals including St Bartholomew’s, St. Thomas’, St. Georges’ and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. Presently she combines NHS work at the Neuro-rehabilitation Unit (Alfred Morris House), Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton with private practice.
Judy has completed a number of Advanced Bobath Courses and is in her final year of studying for a Master’s Degree in the Bobath Concept of Treatment at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Ruth qualified in 1996 after completing 4 years part-time training including 18 months part-time clinical practice. From 1996 until 2002 Ruth built up a successful homeopathic practice in Worcestershire and also helped to run a student clinic in Leamington Spa. A family move in 2002 then brought Ruth to Somerset, where she practices in Taunton and Wellington. Ruth's practice has always been generalist, though many clients present with chronic conditions which have not responded to other treatments.

Whilst working in a large counselling practice in North Somerset, she gained much experience in counseling adults presenting with a wide range of problems, which have included depression, anxiety/panic attacks, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, self-harm, abuse, and alcohol and drug problems.

She has a background of primary health care, teaching, working with young offenders, fostering, and working with young people who have Asperger’s syndrome and their parent/carers. She also works as a school counsellor. Some of the difficulties she works with include bullying, anger management, low self-esteem, domestic abuse, self-harm, depression, and bereavement and loss.
Rachel is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and works within their ethical framework.
